Ian W. Ingram
A UK national who has lived in Indonesia for two decades, Ian and his Indonesian wife have three children. A B.Sc. (Hons) graduate in Business Administration from the University of Bath, he is also an Associated Board Grade VIII (Final) from the Royal School of Music, London.
Co-founder and currently Chief Operating Officer of the InfraCell Group of Companies, a leading services provider to the telecoms and IT sectors, headquarted in Jakarta, he is an accomplished amateur trumpet and flugel horn player and plays both classical and soul, rhythm and blues and jazz. He regularly performs in Indonesia and has played at both the 2005 and 2006 Java Jazz Festivals.
Ian also appeared with Elfa Secioria at the Singapore Music Festival and the World Port Jazz Festival (Rotterdam) in 2002. To top it all, he is also the co-founder of the Timewarp Blues Brothers Band.

Marshall Towe is Vice President of VeriSign Communications Services for the Asia Pacific region, a position he has held since joining VeriSign in June 2005. In his role, Mr. Towe leads the business development efforts throughout the Asia region including Greater China, Japan, Korea, ASEAN and Australia/New Zealand. He manages the company's Asia efforts through teams located in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan; Singapore and Australia providing VeriSign content, commerce and communication solutions to operators in the Wireline, Wireless, Broadband and IP space as well as the full enterprise communications product suit.
Prior to joining VeriSign, Mr. Towe spent 8 years as a senior executive with QUALCOMM with his last position located in Hong Kong and Indonesia serving as corporate vice president and managing director of QUALCOMM Southeast Asia. In this role, Mr. Towe was responsible for the development and growth of QUALCOMM's operations across the Southeast Asia region, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Australia.
Previous to QUALCOMM, Mr. Towe held increasingly senior positions at Motorola's Cellular Infrastructure Division where he was based in Indonesia and Sri Lanka; Nortel Networks and MCI Communications. Mr. Towe began his career as an engineer with GTE Network Systems, where was based in Taiwan.
Mr. Towe's 20-year career in telecommunications spans the successful building and management of organizations in United States, Middle East, Africa and through out Asia and has held positions in engineering, marketing, mergers and acquisitions and sales.
Mr. Towe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Judson College and a Master of Arts degree in Business Administration from Louis University.
