For the past two years PT Java Festival Production together with the Jakarta Jazz Society have been presenting recognition awards to different musicians for their contribution to the music industry.
In 2005 we gave the awards for musicians such as Jack Lesmana and Bubi Chen. In 2006 we gave more awards to musicians such as Jeff Lorber, Bill Saragih, Ireng Maulana and Perry Patiselano.

The awards are given following categories such as Jazz Legend, Most Supportive Artist, Young & Talented, Jazz Pioneer, Tribute, etc.
