About This Act :

playing piano started from 6 years old,then learning clasiccal until 13 years old,started playing Jazz from 13 years old studied with Bubi Chen and making a band with Bubi chen called CIRCLE,then in 2O years old went to Berklee College of Music,Boston.USA.Jumping directly to 4th semester,GRADUATED IN 1987 WITH CUM LAUDE PROF ESIONNAL DEGREE PROGRAM and GRADUATE IN 2 YEARS ONLY,GETTING A SCHOLARSHIP FROM BERKLEE COLLEGE also play with Miroslav Vitous,Tommy Campbel,Gary Burton,Donald Brown etc,played at Berklee Performance center 5 times,in 2006 and 2007 played at JAVA JAZZ FESTIVAL also playing with famous local musicians such as..Aksan syuman.Gilang ramadhan,Edy Shahrony,Karim suweleh,Cendy luntungan,Benny mustafa,A.S.Matez,Jefrey Tahalele,Martin Lukman,Pra Budi Darma..etc. Having a lot of students until present,and help my students become a jazz piano teacher and some off them also become a well known jazz player.my materies in teaching jazz piano concentrate in improvisations/jazz scales,basic or advance,also voicings/jazz chords basic or advance.
