Paul Jackson, Jr

Paul Jackson, Jr. is regarded as one of the most recorded guitarist in the world.  Paul has eight successful albums containing several top ten releases to include Grammy nominated “I Came to Play”.  In 2014, Jackson contributed to several tracks on the album, Random Access Memories by Daft Punk, which garnered 5 Grammy Awards and was the #1 album in 104 countries. Jackson earned a Grammy recognition for his contribution to the album.

Paul’s most recent project is called Stories from Stompin’ Willie.  This CD is about musical friendships Paul has garnered over the many years. This CD is specifically dedicated to Paul’s longtime relationship with keyboard legend George Duke, who nicknamed Paul, Stompin’ Willie. Other musical friends are features this album, which attributes to two singles on the album were number 1 on the billboard charts in 2017.    

Paul has appeared on many television shows and specials.   Currently, Paul is a band regular on the new hit show on Fox called The Four.  Other television shows include: NBC’s The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Fox’s American Idol and ABC Greatest Hits. Jackson has performed at many Festivals, including Berks, Montreaux, North Sea Jazz, Capital Jazz, JVC Hollywood Bowl, Playboy, JVC Concord and many others.

Jackson has recorded with multiple superstars such as Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Barbara Streisand, Celine Dion, Quincy Jones, Luther Vandross, Marcus Miller, Dave Koz, Kirk Whalum, Elton John, Fantasia, Idina Menzel and of course George Duke to name a few.
