Ibrahim Imran, better known as Baim, and Sandhy Sondoro are two Indonesian musicians who began their collaboration in 2019. Although the project was delayed due to the pandemic, they resumed their joint venture in 2025 with the "BaimSandhy Live Showcase" held at Reverend & Co. Studios in Jakarta on February 21, 2025. During the showcase, Baim and Sandhy performed popular songs from the 1980s to the 1990s, blended with their own hits. They plan to maintain this formula in future performances, aiming to entertain audiences through nostalgic songs that still resonate today. Sandhy Sondoro, born on December 12, 1973, in Jakarta, is a singer and songwriter best known for winning the International Contest of Young Pop Singer New Wave in J?rmala, Latvia, in 2009. Meanwhile, Baim is a musician known as the former guitarist of the bands Ada Band and The Dance Company. The collaboration between Baim and Sandhy Sondoro is expected to bring a fresh vibe to the Indonesian music scene, particularly for fans of songs from the ‘80s and ‘90s.
