Biography

Moneva was born Monica Eva Sancti on February 10, 1997, in South Tangerang, Indonesia. She began vocal lessons at age 9. Her parents are a big fan of jazz, so she was exposed with it since she was little. Being curious with other genres, she finally discovered Rn’B, the one that she loves the most until now. She was graduated from Pelita Harapan University’s Conservatory of Music Karawaci in 2019, where she majored in jazz and pop vocal performance. From that day, Moneva devoted herself fully for her music. She started her solo career as a singer-songwriter in 2018 with her debut single, 'Loving U'. She knew since an early age, that she’s really interested in many form of art like music, writing, dancing and painting. But the beauty of music holds a special place in her heart. Moneva has released 9 singles by far, collaborating with Kenny Gabriel, Popsickle, Harvey Christo, Juan Mandagie and FDTD. Then followed with an EP in 2021, titled 'Heart to Heart'. She's planning to release her first ever album at the end of 2023.
