  • When and where will the festival be held?

    The 2025 Jakarta International Java Jazz Festival is scheduled to run from May 30 to June 1st. The festival venue will be JiExpo-Kemayoran in Jakarta, Indonesia. Click here for direction

  • When will the 2025 lineup be announced?

    The festival's lineup will be announced very soon

  • Will you be posting set times in advance?

    Yes. Near the event dates, set timings will be published on the Java Jazz festival official website https://www.javajazzfestival.com

  • What time will the Festival gate be opened?

    On each day of the festival, the gate will be opened at around 4.30 pm. Please check the schedule as soon as the information becomes available.

  • Can I bring food and drinks to the festival?

    Outside food and beverages are not allowed. The festival offers a wide range of food and drink options to cater to various preference

  • Who should I get in touch with if I want to sponsor or rent space for food tenant?

  • How do I become a media partner?

    Please send an email to adminpromo@javafestivalproduction.com We will review all submissions, but not all will be accepted. If your media outlet is selected, our team will reach out to discuss potential partnership opportunities.

  • I’m a member of the press, how do I make arrangements for a media pass?

    The media registration period for covering the event has not yet begun. The media pass registration will be made available soon.

Volunteer Program

  • Will the Festival have a volunteer program?

  • How can I purchase the Jakarta International BNI Java Jazz Festival 2025 tickets?

    Tickets can be purchased through our official website here

  • Can tickets be purchased at physical stores?

    All tickets will only be available online on our official website here

  • What is a Special Show ticket?

    To attend a special show, you must have both a special show ticket and a daily pass valid for the same day. Please be informed that the special show ticket does not provide access to the entire festival and is only valid for the designated special show. Consequently, you will still need a daily pass to enter the Festival area.

  • How many tickets can I purchase?

    There is a limit of four tickets per ticket type per account.

  • Can I purchase tickets for another person?

    You very definitely can. All festival attendees, however, are required to register and submit current, correct personal information for each ticket user.

  • I obtained my tickets from a stranger (scalper, friend, etc.). How can I be sure they are true and valid?

    Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee their authenticity. We urge that you only purchase tickets from our official website

  • If I unexpectedly found I couldn't attend the festival, may I transfer my ticket to someone else or get a refund?

    Regrettably, no. Each ticket should be registered using the user's accurate and legitimate personal information. The name on the tickets should correspond to the name of the event attendee. Tickets that has been purchased cannot be exchanged nor refunded for any reason.

  • Can I switch day after I purchased my daily pass?

    No, it is not possible to make any changes to the date once the daily pass is purchased.
