Event Terms and Conditions

The terms below (“Terms”) apply to your entry to enter (“Entry”) including any purchase of tickets (“Tickets”) sold by or on behalf of PT. Java Festival Production (“we”, “us”, “JFP”). Our event consists of a number of ticketed live music events (“Event”). These Terms shall apply to each Event as is applicable when having regard to the context and nature of the relevant Event, it being acknowledged that (and regardless of whether expressly specified in the Terms) certain of these Terms shall apply only to ticketed Events. Please note that by entering the Event venue (“Site”), attending an Event and/or purchasing any Tickets, the ticker user (“Holder”) agree to be bound by these Terms and the additional regulations of the additional regulations of the Site where the Event is being held. The Terms of entry to Site are as follows:

  1. The Holder must produce a valid Ticket to gain Entry to a ticketed Event.
  2. The Holder must possess a valid and undamaged admission Ticket before and throughout the Event, as well as for the entire duration of their presence at the Event venue. Upon request by authorized personnel, the holder is required to present the Ticket for inspection.
  3. During attendance at an Event, the Holder is obliged to provide identification upon first request to allow JFP or its authorized personnel to satisfy its legal obligations under the terms of the Events.
  4. Right of admission is reserved. Any Ticket brought from unauthorised agents are not valid and admission to any ticketed Event will not be permitted.
  5. Tickets are not transferable.
  6. The Holder may not resell your Ticket. Any unlawful reselling (or attempting to do so) is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the Ticket without any refund or compensation and/or the Holder being refused Entry or removed from the Site.
  7. JFP lets the Holder enter the venue "as is" and "as available". JFP does not promise or guarantee anything about ticket availability, the event, the venue, artists, seating, food, merchandise, or the overall experience. If you don’t agree with these terms, don’t buy a ticket, use the services, or attend the event.
  8. Tickets may not be used for any advertising, competitions, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, or used, sold or given away in conjunction with other products or services (such as part of a travel or hospitality package) without the express written permission of JFP in advance. Failure to comply with the foregoing may result in the cancellation of the Ticket without any refund or compensation and/or the Holder being refused entry or removed from the Site.
  9. It is the Holder’s responsibility to check your Ticket and to ascertain the date and the time of the ticketed Event. We are not responsible for any ticketed Event or part of ticketed Event you miss as a result of your failure to check the ticketed Event date and start time.
  10. We are not responsible or liable for any Tickets that are lost or stolen.
  11. In respect of any wristband accreditations, if there is any for the Event, the wristband must remain on the Event attendee’s wrist for the full duration of the ticketed Event. Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Lost or broken wristbands will not be replaced. It is your responsibility to take care of your wristband. Those without wristbands (or without valid wristbands for the relevant area of the Site) will be refused admission to the Site (or the relevant area of the Site) or may be removed from the Site.
  12. For security purposes all Tickets and wristbands remain the property of JFP at all times.
  13. JFP has the right to replace any items bundled together with Tickets, e.g. food and beverage, as part of a hospitality package (“Hospitality Package”) if any, with an alternative ‘like for like’ item and shall not be obligated to refund or exchange your Hospitality Package.
  14. No child under the age of 12 will be admitted to a ticketed Event unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over at all times. Proof of age may be requested upon Entry. JFP reserves the right to determine the ratio of adults in relation to children required for adequate supervision. Children under 1 meter in height will be admitted free of charge. It is your responsibility to check the suitability of an Event for any children in your party, this includes the type of audience the Event is likely to attract and whether such an audience is a suitable environment for children in your party.
  15. The Holder is obliged, if so requested, to cooperate in a body search when attending the Event.
  16. JFP retains the right to refuse the customer further access to the event or to remove him/her from the site at which the event is taking place if JFP considers this reasonably necessary for the maintenance of peace and order during the event.
  17. Climbing or standing upon fences, barriers, walls, safety fences, structures, exhibits or buildings is strictly prohibited.
  18. Each the Event that takes place outdoors. Please bring suitable outdoor clothing. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather unless the Event is cancelled.
  19. The views of any artist performing at an Event are strictly the views of that artist and do not reflect the opinions of JFP. Refunds will not be issued if you find the content of an Event, any opinions or statements expressed by any artist, or any language otherwise used at an Event, offensive or distasteful.
  20. The artist lineup, attractions, and event layout may change at any time without notice, and performance times may also change. Tickets (or Hospitality Packages) are sold with the understanding that changes may occur due to events beyond our control. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable unless the event is cancelled.
  21. If an event is cancelled, we’ll try to notify you as soon as possible and provide details of any rescheduling. If the event is rescheduled, you’ll be offered a ticket (or Hospitality Package, if applicable) for the new date, subject to availability. If you can’t attend or the event isn’t rescheduled, you’ll receive a refund of the ticket’s face value (minus any charges such as administration fee). For partial cancellations, a partial refund will be given. To claim a refund, contact your original point of purchase. Tickets and Hospitality Packages are non-refundable unless stated in these Terms and Conditions.
  22. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor any other party shall have any liability to you beyond the face value of the Ticket (or Hospitality Package) minus any applicable charges.
  23. The following rules apply at all events, and breaking them may result in being denied entry or removed. We’re not responsible for any confiscated items we deem unsafe or inappropriate:
    1. Large bags (bigger than A4 size) and suitcases are not allowed. One small bag per person is permitted and all bags will be searched.
    2. No outside food or drinks, except baby food (not in glass). Food and drinks are available for purchase inside.
    3. Illegal drugs and so-called 'legal highs' are strictly banned.
    4. Prohibited items include: selfie sticks, air horns, spray cans, fireworks, flags, lanterns, weapons, glass items, gas canisters, loud sound devices, megaphones, drones, laser pens, explosives, knives, scooters, skateboards, promotional materials, and any item that may disrupt the event or pose a safety risk.
    5. No animals, except registered assistance dogs.
    6. Motorised personal vehicles (unless for disability use) are not allowed.
    7. No starting fires or throwing things into them.
    8. Crowd surfing and moshing are not allowed.
    9. No bicycles, skateboards, or scooters.
    10. No large umbrellas, tables, chairs, or similar items.
    11. Chairs or seats of any kind are not allowed for safety reasons. Mobility aids are accepted, but seating is not permitted.
  24. Unauthorised professional photography or filming equipment (including for drones) are strictly prohibited.
  25. To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, JFP may carry out security checks on people, bags, clothing, and other items at entry and exit. Items considered dangerous or disruptive may be confiscated without compensation. If Holder refuse a search or won’t give up a banned item, Holder may be removed from the event with no ticket refund.
  26. Strictly no trading or other commercial activity including marketing, advertising or flyposting by any Event attendee will be allowed on the Site without the JFP’s prior written consent. Please note JFP will charge a fee for any approved commercial activity (including approved filming, photography and recording) on the Site.
  27. Admission is at the Holder’s own risk. JFP and its affiliates will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at an Event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the Event attendee or the actions of other patrons or third parties. JFP excludes all liability to the fullest extent permitted at law.
  28. The Holder may be removed from the event and reported to the police if they pose a safety risk, disrupt others’ enjoyment, or break the rules. This includes being drunk, under the influence of drugs, underage, abusive, threatening, carrying illegal items, refusing a search, or not following staff instructions. If removed or denied entry, The Holder won’t get a refund or be allowed back in.
  29. Please note that CCTV and film cameras may be present at the Event and the Site for the health and safety, prevention and detection of crime and you may be filmed for these purposes. We do not require The Holder consent to film The Holder and/or hold images/recordings of The Holder where this is in accordance with legal requirements.
  30. Event attendees should also note that photographers and film cameras may be present at the Event. By entering the Event and/or purchasing Ticket, Event attendees consent to being photographed, being included in filming and/or sound recordings (which may include you as a member of the audience) and the distribution of such content (commercial or otherwise) perpetually and throughout the world without any payment.
  31. JFP will not accept responsibility for any personal property that is lost, damaged or stolen during your attendance at an Event.
  32. In case of emergency please follow instructions and directions from stewards, staff and/or other officials.
  33. Please note that loud music can damage hearing.
  34. Please note that strobe lighting may be in use during the Event.
  35. When purchasing alcohol at an Event (if any), you may be asked for proof of age.
  36. Official merchandise shall be on sale within the Site, where applicable to an Event. Please be aware of unofficial traders in or around the Site offering inferior goods.
  37. Event attendees acknowledge that any personal information collected by JFP at an Event or through the Event attendee’s use of the Event app shall be collected and held in accordance with all applicable JFP’s privacy policy.
  38. Please note that JFP has the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time, and shall post the new version of such Terms on the website. By continuing to use the website, and/or purchasing any Tickets, entering the Site or attending an Event, you signify your agreement to be bound by the amended Terms.
  39. These Terms shall be governed by Indonesian Law and any dispute under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.

By attending the International Java Jazz Festival 2026, I declare that I have read and understood this Event Terms and Conditions. I understand and agree to be legally bound by this Event Terms and Conditions as referred to in points (1) to (39) above.
