Farrel Hilal

Farrel Hilal is a rising Indonesian singer, songwriter, and producer making waves in the contemporary Pop and R&B scene. Born into a musical family with ties to bassist Barry Likumahuwa, he began as an independent artist, self-producing bedroom-pop and soulful tracks like "Stargazing" and his 2020 EP, 1490 (Bedroom tunes).

His breakthrough came after signing with Sony Music Entertainment Indonesia, debuting with the hit single "Di Selatan Jakarta". Heavily inspired by the late Glenn Fredly, Farrel stands out for his smooth vocals, urban storytelling, and complete creative control as both composer and multi-instrumentalist.
